Workforce Training Catalog

North Idaho College’s Workforce Training Center Fall 2026 Catalog is here!

At North Idaho College Workforce Training Center, every class begins with possibility. For some students, that means preparing for an entirely new career. For others, it means gaining a skill, earning a credential, advancing at work or simply discovering what they are capable of doing next.

Whatever brings you through our doors, our goal is the same: to provide practical, high-quality training that connects learning with opportunity.

Throughout the region, NIC Workforce Training students and graduates are putting those skills to work. Apprentices are learning on the job while building careers in the skilled trades. Healthcare students are preparing to care for patients in clinics, hospitals, dental offices and long-term care facilities. CDL and heavy equipment students are developing the skills needed to keep Idaho’s transportation and construction industries moving. And across our programs, experienced instructors are sharing the real-world knowledge that helps students enter the workforce with confidence.

Inside this catalog, you’ll find courses for people at every stage of their working lives — from those exploring a career for the first time to experienced professionals ready to grow, lead or learn something new. Many programs offer hands-on training, industry-recognized credentials and flexible options designed with working adults in mind.

Wherever you are starting from, there is an opportunity to move forward.
